Depends. Were you going to dry in your grow tent or in another space? If in your tent theni would harvest all of em so your tent can be dark for the dry. Light can fuck up the dry. If you have another good dark space for drying, feel free to stagger the harvest. I personally do a bit of both wet and dry. I trim all the huge leaves wet and then dry before trimming the small sugar leaves. It also depends on your environment which is best. If your drying area is humid a wet trim will probably help dry a little faster. If your drying area is less humid then a dry trim would keep the buds from drying out too quickly. So its kind of personal preference. Maybe dry trim some and wet trim others?

Well to chop 1 or all that's up to you. If I had 3 plants I would have to wait and go by an overall tric and look method. I have to dry in the same tent I grow that's why I look at all three plants for a 10 to 15% amber, the rest milky white, all hairs curled in, leaves yellowing, and not feeding as much. For trimming goes I dry trim. Only leaves I take off are fan leaves. I leave just sugar leaves behind. That way I know I get a slow dry just took me 7 days exact when mine was ready to cure. Only fan I had was my exauhst fan on in grow tent with bottom flaps open. It's also easier on scissors with better scissor hash to put on top of a bowl.

Plants look great. Each plant is unique so it's not unusual for them to ripen and be ready for harvest at different times. Most growers will chop with 5% to 30% amber depending on what type of high you like. You can also harvest in stages sometimes the main cola and uppermost buds ripen faster and can be harvested first. Than the lower parts can be taken when ready. When it comes to trimming I like to do both I'll start cutting off large fan leaves a couple of days before harvest. Then I wet trim the buds after harvest tipping any sugar leaves not completely covered in trichomes then hang them. After they have dried to 62% humidity I'll jar them up let them cure for a few weeks. They get a final tighter trim to shape them up nice and pretty because I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I make hash oil out of my trimmings there are plenty of recipes online for cannabutter, tinctures etc.

It is a personal choice. If the 3 poants haven't got the same trichomes ratio then you can harvest based on that parameter and you'll delay the harvest based on trichomes ( if the maturation is differents between the 3 ). I personally cut a plant when she is ready , let the others into flowering if they aren't ready yet. I also prefer Dry trimming because nothing is really sticking on my scissor or it is easier to clean, and I like to dry my plant upside down with some leaves falling on it to protect the buds from the light leaks
