Help identify pestsNeed help identifying these bugs. I found them under rockwool cubes in the cloner
They seem to like the moisture and were not bothering the vegetation at all. I even found them under a few cubes with no cuts in them. Is it possible that they are fungus nat larvae?

Find out some bugsItโs in the 4 of 6 bloom weeks and I find out two different kind (I think) of bugs, one is thrips and today found this (spider?) can I spray with neem oil the whole plant? Or linen oil? I just have these two product for insects. There are any risks that spray damage the bloom?
