Best way to get rid of aphids as a starter?

Hi there!
So I recently started with my first grow and I'm really new to all of this.
I started out with a plant outside, The Aphids must have come with the plant once I've switched to indoor growing.
I ordered myself some Spinosad.
Any other suggestions or tips?

Dilute some Neem oil in water and spray it on your plants. Tops and bottoms of leaves, stems, stalks, everything.
You can also use diatomaceous earth to really mess up aphids. It's like razor blades to them and dehydrated them after they get cut to ribbons.

Possible Thrips?I am new to growing heading into week 4. I believe I might have a small Thrip issue. I noticed small white bugs yesterday and then when I just checked on the ladies I noticed a small shiny trail on a leaf. You can see it leaf damage on my journal for today Plant 1. Any advice?

Pest control looks like fungus gnats and larvaeEver since this grow i noticed fungus gnats flying around. I always put sticky traps down and would catch an adult every so often but always saw tons of little dots I thought was dust or fabric until I used my scope. I bought a product gnatrol and will try it. any suggestions

Neem oil, spinosaf and thrips. Can the spinosad harm my pretty early flowers? Also since I do this during dark cycle, will a head lamp throw confuse them?Okay, so I have some thrips. F44: dozens of gnats stucked on buds & sugar leavesHey,
I noticed dozens of gnats stucked on sugar leaves and buds trichomes/resin... I tried to pick them by hand but there are too many.
I saw articles about bud washing which seems to be a good thing except for higher mold risk.
Would it be the only way to smoke bug free weed?

They are each planted in 1 gallon smart pots and were directly planted into 5 gallons after roughly 27 days. I noticed my plants are small compared to others and was wondering if this had anything to do with it. Roots pierced their 1g pots around 30-40 days and are still going.Week 1
