Looking for thoughts or advice on my greenhouse blue cheese auto, I’m noticing spots on my leaves just after starting to flower about a week or two into pre flower stretch

This is looking like Thrips to me, can use an insecticide on them as they are in late veg/preflower. or get some predatory mites.
This is what I have used: they come in little sachets from your grow shop.

The damage on the leaves are done by thrips. You can kill those f*ckers by spraying neem oil on the leaves (top and bottom). They should be gone within a week.

You've got a pretty good thrips infestation going on.... grab you some Dr. Zymes Eliminator and get to work to salvage the plants! It's organic and can be used up to the day of harvest so no worries there.... but you'll have to spray everything in your greenhouse top and bottom 3 days in a row - and then consider spraying once a week until harvest to KEEP them gone.... I just finished my 3rd day spraying myself... sigh....

@Dj123 Hi mate straight away I can see that its a pest attack causing those marks on your leaves
Im thinking spider mites but even if its some other bug a good spray with some neem oil will fix it right up

Inside of seed stuck on cotyledon leaves keeping them togetherHas anyone ever had the inside of the seed stay on and keep the two cotyledon leaves together? The outer hard shell has come off. Main stem snappedLST gone wrong. Main stem snapped after the last LST session, must have happened a while after adjusting the ties. Taped the damaged area. Will it recover? How long would it take?
It looked like only 25% of the stem was holding it together. The area got red/brownish.

lamp distance from 45 to 65cm now (serrated edges and curling up)
no water with nutrients fell on the leaves. I will try to not spoon feed everyday in this substrate (biobizz all mix)
didn't see any bugs under leaves( no microscope)
