That would be exactly what those are. I would pluck them off and keep a close eye incase anymore show up and do the same. But other then it herming you should be fine.

Flush or not to flush!!I use living soil and have never properly flushed my girls like you would do with synthetic nutes. But towards end of harvest I just give her plain water for a few weeks.
