I need help to regenerate my plant with ph perfect

The problem is that I have already been on the site to make a table but it does not really help me on the dosage that I must have to regenerate my plant because I need to have a higher nitrogen rate higher than the rest while the site or even on the bottle recommends the same dose whether for flowering or for growth so should I reduce the dosage of bloom and increase grow and micro I find it weird even for the site for a 7l container they tell me to put 28ml I don't know if their site bug or they forgot a comma

the flowering it indicates the same dosage as for 4 weeks of growth, I don't understand why put any flowering fertilizer when I am growing is it good? Because I have to water my plant but I have no idea of the dosages since I am regenerating it for the 2nd time how I should proceed because with plagron I had a big dose of grow and I had no problem but there if I have to put the bloom with it there will be no signal to start growing again, right? Because it takes more nitrogen than P and K is it good if I put for example 4ml/L of grow and micro?
