I have seen this on some of my plants before, for me it was because the light was to close.
It is very similar to nutrient burn as when the light get to close it causes the plant to suck in more water to optimize the process of photosynthesis. If there is a moderate amount of nutrients that gets sucked up as well the plant can't use them. But if the light was further away it would not have burned though that much water and thus the nutritious in the soil would not quickly bulkd up to cause an overload and burn the tips.
Granted the same thing can happen from just to much feed when the lights are in a good spot like other have suggested below as the cause of this.
Best to give it water and hope for the best. Would say to flush it out if the plant was a bit bigger but doing that with a smaller one can cause the roots to become waterlogged and damange the new growth.
Good Luck & Happy Growing!
