Mildew?

Hello! I've been noticing small white spots on some leaves. Can it be mildew? Or something else? I was getting this picture of a ladybug when I noticed them against the light. I don't know how, she's getting sun every day from 7 am to 6 pm, RH 40% in sun and 60% at night, 36 C.

Apparently this feature's back. Its been two days and it hasn't spread, but it's still there.

White powdery mildewI believe I have white powdery mildew, it now only appears to be a few flakes but there is some on all 3 plants. I have adjusted fans and opened a ventilation vent at the top of the tent along with my exhaust fan to help w air flow. Could use all advice I can get on thisWeek 3

Is this powdery mildew? How can we know for sure?Could these white spots be mildew? We could easily just basically shake them off, without any residue remaining. Currently only discovered in those two spots seen on the picture.
In pics I find from mildew, it usually starts more dusty.. I also made one picture under the micro.Week 9

Powdery mildew - end of week 3 of flowerAnything else I can do against the powdery mildew?
I spray already few times a tea of:
10 g of dry field horsetail
1 Onion
1/2 Garlic
~ 500 ml lower HP water (i use a bit of natron)
cook this for around 30 min very low.
then i use 200 ml of these with 1 Liter of water and spraLeaves. White powder
