If you're having heat problems I would get a bar style light over a quantum board. Quantum's get really hot cause it's all one piece of metal. My tent runs 5-10F hotter using my 400W SF4000 Quantum Board compared to my 750W SE7000 Bar Style Light even though it's pushing 350W less.

I’d probably go for the FC3000 or FCE3000 by Mars Hydro Quantum boards seem to heat the tent a bit more and don’t disperse the heat as well.. more importantly- bar light set ups like I’m recommending are much more efficient for evenly lighting your space. I use a FCE 4800 in my 4x4 and it’s much better than the two SF2000 QBs I ran in it previously.. even running at 400w - not maxed out at 480. Yields better because there isn’t the inherent hot spots of quantum boards and loss of intensity towards the edges of the tent.

High, Put your lights off during the hottest time of the day. So when you use a 18/6 light schedule then turn your lights off from 12:00 till 18:00 or during flowering 12/12 schedule from 10:00 till 22:00. This will keep a lower and more stable tenperature. I do have good experiences with samsung quantum boards. But Mars Hydro FC series or Spider Farmer are really famous at the moment so they must be good. Happy Growing! 😋

Spider Farmer , Mars Hydro, Lumatek etc are good brands. Ideal for Hot conditions since they are cooler compared to HPS and COBs. check em out : https://www.ledgrowshop.eu/ I use fabric pots with CoCo Coir as medium with Perlite. Its light and airy ... though needs more watering compared I leave the Humidifier off until Mid flowering when I actually need it to keep temps in control. Tall tower fans are good to use in tents . One other thing to consider is, you can leave lights off during day and On during Night to counter the temps. BEst of luck
