Big Pot and conditions inside, good nutrients, much sun as possible and remove the small branches, the canopy grow more and better in the sunniest parts of the plant. Starting doing some topping and little LST will help you, and to grow a bigger trunk i should only give minimal support so the plant starts to grow thicker to support itself. I see maybe your sativa is too tall atm, but i would try some gently bending or topping if its not flowering soon :) Take care!!

High Nientjexo, The only way to make plants fatter is as much hours sunlight a day! The leaves will use photosynthesis to create energy for your plant. So the next time please do NOT cut the leaves on a outside grow! You should only do this to create airflow when the leaves are to stuck on eachother or when a few big ones at the top block the sunlight for the rest of the plant. And it is important to have a well balanced nutrients and water schedule. No you can not get her in to a scrog but there is no reason for doing that. When you grow inside a tent your lamp is stuck at 1 spot and you train your plant so that all the branches with leaves and buds get an equal amount of light from your lamp. You have the luxury to be able to grow outside. The Sun is moving so all the branches will gain sunlight. I would let the plant grow leaves now and let nature do it's work! Just leave her like this and the only thing you have to do is to provide her with as much sunlight as possible and enough water with nutrients ofcouse. She will bulk up within a few weeks and when she start to flower you can consider to use training like defoliation again but for now please let her grow on her own! Happy Growing! šŸ˜‹

Technically, all cannabis is sativa. So, just jot that down real quick. It's a plant that evolved a bunch of different ways due to the climates the plant was brought to and adapted at. The true specification of cannabis should be broad-leaf and narrow-leaf, but bro science keeps stomping out actual science on that front. Anyway. You can always SCrog whenever you want. The question is, will you get much out of SCROGing for it to be worth it. Since there aren't many branches, you'll have to keep it in veg for a few weeks after you SCrog, but that's not a big deal. Maybe try feeding it more? I don't know about the cultivar you're growing or if it is supposed to be lanky, but do a little research and find out the best way to let it grow. I hope this helps. Good luck!

Sativa and indica grow differently... sativas are more slender and the buds are more airy... it's the genetics! And if the seed was from the Super Sativa Seed Club, then it is definitely a sativa!! Appreciate her for what she is... if you're expecting the big, fat, dense buds of an indica, you're going to be very disappointed. Personally, after my experience this summer with my first outdoor grow, if I EVER do it again, I will ONLY grow sativas... bud rot is just TOO easy to get on indicas... Good luck!
