Hey there Growforshow, yeah first off about the seed shells, it's no major , but basically you can take something like a pincer and carefully pull them off no problem. One thing I am seeing though is a stretch, you dont really want that kind of stretch, it can lead to issues later on like the plant falling over. Try putting your lamps closer, as in quite close with your kinds of leds you might be okay with them being 6 to 8 inches away max. when you repot them go ahead and plant them quite deep to compensate for the stretch. Hope this helps growmie ! 🚀

To add to it... The shell on the tip of the baby leaf in the pic that has a small true leaves forming above it... that can be plucked. If you damage the first leaf in the process, it's not gonna kill the plant. The others look pretty tight and would likely damage the true leaves if you tried prying them off manually. You can gauge it and maybe use tweezers to pry the shell open more.

I agree with BeautifulCraftRreddit ... moisture is the solution. I've had this happen a time or 2 and it was because the humidity was too low overall for the shell to be moist enough to come off cleanly. Mist it or put a baggie over the cups to create a "greenhouse" type of thing to trap the humidity inside the bag surrounding the shell.

so you can try misting them with some water or if your feeling confident you can try to light touch them to knock them off. ive seen a lot do this but will grow out of it, make sure your humidity is in a good range too, that will make it easier for them cause it wont be so dry
