She is not ready yet and it is perfect to give a big amount of water (20% of pot volume) before you leave for a week and then when you come home she is perfect for chopping and slow dryed already! After that you can hang her with a humidity between 50 and 60% till the branches snap when you bend them 90°

I already think that by setting the zoom on your phone to x4 and getting closer to the lens, you'll have much nicer photos to see.. and for the harvest, personally, I would wait a bit longer because aside from the leaves, you don't have any amber trichomes yet.. there you go, hoping this helps!

If you can see amber and you're going away for a week, I'd chop them now... you might come back after the week to a harvest that will put you on the couch. Chop them and have a great week anticipating trim jail!
