Distante between LED and plants.

The distance between the LED and the plants is 53 cm. Is it ok for the first week? I've read that a short distance in this stage is good to produce a not so tall plant.

It can be anywhere from 50 to 75 cm. It all depends on the light. Some led's are stronger then others. Just watch the plants and if the stem gets long and they start stretching to much then its to high, If the leaves start pointing up and shape a V then it is to close.

fully depends on your light and how strong it is. hot all LED's are made equal and some of them can be as close as 20cm/ 8" others need to be 50cm/20" away. Best to reference your lights manual and go from there. This will get a bit more confusing if you have them dimmed as well as this is like lower or raising the lights without doing it. I tend to keep my lights at aorund 18"-20" in seedlings and down to 10" in flower for my lower wattage leds.
