Ok, I'm new here, but been growing outdoor and hydro for over 25 years. I've seen way worse plants recover and give a nice crop. If you think he massively overfertilised, rinse them out with loads and loads of ph adjusted water and then give them a feed at half strength then see how they look in a week to ten days. If you think they haven't been overfertilised, just give them a really good watering and carry on as normal. Gotta say, if that's your first grow, youre doing really well. Hope that helps.

Gidday Psynaut, yea they got pretty dry huh? Tbh I would take of the yellowing leaves they are only dragging the whole vibe of the plant down instead of focusing on swelling those buds. Try to cut the as close to the main stem as you can to really stop excess water going anywhere bud where you want it. I hope that helps somewhat. Hey yea its the ethos grow. Wasnt sure if it was just underwatered and heat stress. I have a feeling he tried to fertilize at least once(way to much) based on my nutrient bottles so not sure if nutrient lock out or anything else could be going on based on leaf symptoms. Thank appreciate the response.

Yup... your buddy did exactly what MY buddy did... last time I'll EVER let someone else "help" ... sorry for your trials! This is your Ethos grow, yes? Damn! I think I'd try to ride it out if I were you... you don't say what the "other issues" were but it looks like the MOST damage was done by insufficient watering and that will correct itself now that you're back in charge.... Yeah, I'd ride it out, don't see anything else you can/should do! Good luck (and stay friends with your buddy... not worth it to destroy a friendship over a couple of plants although they look GORGEOUS!)
