Leaves turned brown ! Please help

Hello, Got a problem with this plant, it's 15 days old and there's brown on it's leaves... It does not grow as fast as the others. What could be the problem ? Platinium Royal Mix - Biobizz root-juice 2mL/L + Humic Fulvic Acid 3mL/L spray + Biobizz bio-grow 1mL/L 27°C / 50% H

Why are there soon many brown spots all of a sudden in WK 7?I'm entering Wk 7 and the same lady is hurting again. She's been feeding heavy for last few weeks and doing great.
