Plant should be done but still hasnt developed buds yet; also developes these brown flowers. The same strain finished in the same tent about a week ago. These are from rqs. Is this due to overfertilization

If you can find the buds that were infected, just pitch them out... the rest of the batch will be fine to smoke... but THIS plant, the one you've given pictures of, needs to be thrown away as it looks like the entire thing has been infected... sorry! Giving you another article to read on the subject ... https://www.alchimiaweb.com/blogen/botrytis-gray/ And I've written you a DM - look for the little paper airplane symbol in the lower right hand corner of this page... if it's green, it means you have a message (and you do! From me!!) - just click on it and go from there...

Genetic mutant that will never amount to anything much.....unfortunately. Smoking buds infected with rot can cause all sorts of very bad lung problems.

The old batch I already harvested had that as well but only a tiny bit at the bottom buds. Is the whole batch unsmokable as well?

It is the buds themselves. I don't know how to add Photos. I already smoked a lot of it. How does it Affect the body? Didn't read the article, will do it just after sending this answer in case any of my questions will be answered in that article.

First - thanks for the pics! This is NOT from over-fertilization... I think what you might have here is bud rot... but I can't get in tight enough to see exactly what is brown - is it just the leaves? If it's the buds themselves, it's definitely bud rot and you'll need to pitch the whole plant as I'm sure the fungus has permeated the entire thing. Read up on botrytis.. it's nasty and you DON'T want to smoke anything that contains it... it can spread quickly and even buds that don't show initial signs can be infected with it ... If you're unsure, try to take a closer picture for me of just a single bud perhaps... I've had to deal with a LOT of bud rot this summer and it is terribly demoralizing! Here's a good article w/pictures of botrytis... https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/bud-rot Good luck....
