Too many cooks in your pot. Cut back on ur nutes.
Also carboload I'm sure is a bloom booster.. also your ml/l is to high. Those nutes I've used. You don't need that much at this stage.

Flush the medium with water with the right pH and without nutrients. Let the medium dry for a day. After continue watering like you are used to with less nutrients and make sure that you are using the right NPK ratio for every phase of the grow. And always water till runoff and measure the runoff to check if the pH and EC are still in the right range.
