Well, for one thing, you haven't been feeding her with any NPK nutes at all... Activera has an NPK of 0-0-0 ... it's only function is to promote good soil health but the plant needs to have something to eat... For this grow, since you're so close to harvest, it is what it is but in future grows, you're going to have to use the other products in their line-up - BioGrow and FishMix in veg and Bio Bloom in flower... I personally would stay away from their TopMax, especially in flower, as I've seen it cause too many problems for too many growers... but these three are their basics and your ladies need to be given nutrients all the way to harvest! I think your nutrition is not suitable for soil . You see potassium and iron deficiencies. It will also be good on paper in real life it is something else. Next time, try Cellmax nutrition for soil. Or bio nova 😋

It could be one of those cultivars that take a few months to finish. It could have poor flower structure due to genetics. It might not be getting enough direct light outside. There are a lot of different things that could make a plant do this, including stress from pests. My only piece of advice is to keep tabs on trichomes and monitor when it's ready to harvest. Don't forget, you want trichomes to all be at least cloudy. No clear trichomes. I hope this helps.
