I have two big outdoor plants, same soil, same environment, same watering and different genetics (but similar). One is flowering well, and the other is only showing preflower with no buds whatsoever. This is an urban area with some small amount of light pollution.

Genetics are huge on flower trigger.. some varieties will trigger with 10 hours of darkness.. some need the full 12 I’ve seen research from Utah state on this.. it’s a spectrum. That said.. Hi there Seeing as their environment and everything is that same i would say its got to be the genetics.. I would just wait it out .. if its pre flowering then it’s happening just sounds like its not as on point as the faster strain, Best of luck 🌱
