2 outdoor: 1 flowering 1 not

I have two big outdoor plants, same soil, same environment, same watering and different genetics (but similar). One is flowering well, and the other is only showing preflower with no buds whatsoever. This is an urban area with some small amount of light pollution.

Genetics are huge on flower trigger.. some varieties will trigger with 10 hours of darkness.. some need the full 12
I’ve seen research from Utah state on this.. it’s a spectrum.
That said.. Depends where you are at - but I am a bit surprised you still have one not flowering.
For example, I had one trigger around first of august, one around mid august and some around late august..
All same set up essentially but diff genetics

Seeing as their environment and everything is that same i would say its got to be the genetics..
I would just wait it out .. if its pre flowering then it’s happening just sounds like its not as on point as the faster strain,

Bract/calyx turning brownHey fellow growmies,
i noticed brown bract/calyxes on one of my plants. (week 12, auto, 20 % amber)
Iwasnt't worried until I found them inside of some buds while checking for budrot.

Too many colas? (Serious)I'm scared that I have too many colas. I have to continuously trim leaves to avoid humidity hotspots. The internodal distance is super short. All branches are stripped from all leaves except the ones visible from above (3-4). I am afraid that the buds won't have enough space

How far is it?Last year i harvest late i think
This year i’m trying to determine the tricome color with this outdoor grow.
I think they are still clear, week 12 starting today.
The weather was not great this year but the buds really snowy and sticky.
Can somebody determine if i’m close?

Help!! Do I harvest?About 50% milky, 40% clear trichome heads. But in some minor spots, they are all dark brown/amber. Its supposed to be a Forbidden Cherry Automatic (Dutch Passion), but did not turn purple. I want it to be a bit more relaxing, indica-like. Week 11, outdoor balcony grow.

Been very Humid the past 3 Weeks. Rainfall increased too in South Germany.
Treated it with Neem Oel. I think/hope it stopped spreading. Been observing it for a week now and always treating it with a very thin mixture of Neem Oel.
