I can't zoom in close enough to count how many legs they have.
Basically, if it has 8 legs, it's probably dirt/soil mites. They are harmless and no need to worry.
If they have 6 legs, they might be root aphids. These little buggers need to die because they eat the roots of your plant.
Diatomaceous earth will tear them up, cut them to ribbons, and take care of the problem.
