What are these bugs? Should I harvest?

Can anyone identify these? They are blackish red. Some are more clear greenish. On another note, do you think the plant is ready to harvest? I generally don't like too much amber.

Looks like mites to me. Look up washing with soapy water. As for trichomes it's best to judge them by the ones on the buds and not the sugar leaves as they mature faster then the buds.
