Your new growth looks fine - maybe a bit light in color, but that can be normal for fast growth too as long as it fills in well quickly. However, I'd chalk this up to ugly initial leaves. For reference, pH swings can cause wavy or warped leaves. It has to do with varying rates of growth as opposed to consistent rates. If this were still the case, the new leaves would show similar issues, which they do not from what I see. As long as new growth is better, you don't have to worry about those single and 3-bladed leaves looking perfect. It's not uncommon that they are flawed. I'm not familiar with gaia green nutes. Go look up some diaries with good outcomes using gaia green products and how they used it, if unsure. If reasonable use, even more likely it's just some odd inititial growth as opposed to anything you caused.

I don't think they're overwatered... certainly the soil doesn't appear to be so.. I think the leaves are just a little bit wonky which is perfectly natural - young seedlings can exhibit really strange shapes, even colors, and that doesn't say anything about the plant they will become. I would caution you, however, that the soil you're using is quite hot - a lot of nutes in it - and this might lead to problems down the line. Just don't introduce additional nutes for at least 3 weeks - by then, the nutes in the soil will start to peter out and the plant will want something more - but when you DO add nutes, only give them 1/4-1/2 strength since the soil is still going to retain a lot of the original nutes and you don't want to overfeed. Good luck!

Wouldn't of considered it to be overwatering due to there being no discolouration or yellow tips/edges! I think as I've done this before when watering the cups I poured the water rather than spray and this happened! Just a gentle water will do and let it slowly fall until run off! Your girls will be ok, you can trim them 2 leaves off real soon too as they're not needed and are a waste of energy gromie!
