Yes, it is normal and with the next 24-72 hours it will be completely above the soil and looking for light.

Hi, looks totally normal to me, just wait 24-48h or so for it to fully pop up and turn the right way around 😊 Looks like she still has her head under the soil, but she'll straighten up. Good luck with your grow!

Germination is taking longer than usual even if seeds sproutsI used the paper towel method and put the seeds in the soil when the white root were longer than 1cm under a plastic bottle for humidity, even if the white root is out the green part is not growing in 3 different seeds. Germinated seeds not sprouted yetI germinated 6 seeds that all after 4 days had cracked open and showed small tails.
They were put in small pots with soil + perlite, soaked in ph 7 water.
It’s been 6 days now since they went into soil and none have spouted.
