Remove unnecessary "humidity dome!.
Don't worry about the cotyledons, they play no part in the plants life, other than to protect the growing tip as it pushes through the soil.
The "praying" leaves are probably in response to extreme humidity and high temps inside your "humidity dome".

Guessing Light burn. No need for humidity dome after seed had broken through the soil. Raise your light. Could also be nutrient burn but the leaves pointing up make me think light.

Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h
If I continue to interpolate this, I ill end up at approx. 65%
