Yellow leaw and cotyledon.

Suffocating! Remove unnecessary "humidity dome!. Don't worry about the cotyledons, they play no part in the plants life, other than to protect the growing tip as it pushes through the soil. The "praying" leaves are probably in response to extreme humidity and high temps inside your "humidity dome".

Guessing Light burn. No need for humidity dome after seed had broken through the soil. Raise your light. Could also be nutrient burn but the leaves pointing up make me think light.

Maybe abit close to the light also.. hard to say with you photos.. sorry.. Hope this helps..

It looks alright. Be careful how wet you keep it.. Let the soil dry abit between watering.. Otherwise looks like its charging up to grow big..
