Are you adding bloom nutes and have you change cycles for this girl it looks like its a non autoflowering strain so to me looks like she is in transition starting at the very least but id be adding bloom nutes and switching light schedule and cycle so she can get the boost she need, also not sure what nutes do you use but there some deficiencies going on in your plant that must be taken care of, check your ph and dont water too much just every so often, specially when soil is about to dry up.
Be patient she will turn quicker than you think so

No my friend this plant isn't flowering yet to be honest I'm not even seeing that the plant is showing sex yet.

Hi there,unfortunately you photo isn’t very clear.But keep on growing and be patient.Give her a perfect growing conditions.In your diary, your light hour is 18hr.If yours is an auto flower, she will start showing pre flower regardless of light hour.If yours is a photoperiod, she will only start flowering under 12hour of light.Happy growing... ✌️
