Problems with plants? Help! :(

Hi, Can someone tell me the problem? Why are they growing so badly and with little yield? They were sown on March 22, the life cycle was 70-80 days, what was wrong? Led input 300 w (now setting on "bloom"). Variety buppa kush auto.

If u overwater from start u root system is not expanding
Next time use less water

What size pots are you using? I use 12L pots with a LED 200W input with both veg and bloom light on through the full grow, Get an OK return averaging 3oz per plant/grow. Also autos always take longer than advertised

When should I harvest, mostly cloudy, some / no amber?
CBG is said to be the mother cannabinoid, if it degrades, "amber trichomes" will it still be CBG? or will it turn into THC/CBD/CBN/CBC or any of the other many cannabinoids?
