Autoflower forming seeds or trying to hermie?

Have an auto flower forming what looks to be large seeds in a few of the top buds, they're only a week from finish and this only just became noticeable. Is it trying to hermie? Or if it turns out to be stress seeds will they be autos as well and will they be fem if so?

I agree with Ezzjaybruh they are seeds 100%, can see the little pit/lip and line on them. I did an auto seed producing diary and they looked just like that, give them more time and they will change colour and get a mottled pattern on them. If these plants are grown indoors and this is your only tent protected from a lot of outside air then they might have a nanner or pollen sack open on the plant. If there is a lot of other plants in the area the pollen could have floated its way into your tent from them. There is no way to know fully what the genetics will be, if you see nanners or sacks on your plant then its likely a self pollinated cross and it will be an auto should it be grown out. However if the plant has not been under that much stress, this is a sign of bad genetics. Growing them out will further that genetic trait to hermi. Most if not all plants will self pollinate in times of extreme stress, its a self preservation thing and completely normal. These are photo of my seed diary to look at in comparison. growdiaries.com/diaries/129779-grow-journal-by-m0use/week/748151 Good Luck!

This very well could have come from when I pollinated my pohotperiod flower tent. Though neither of these grows are related or anywhere near the male/herm I mentioned from a previous question. I believe she got contaminated either when I pollinated my flower tent or perhaps after visiting the pollinating plants I have and bringing it back on my clothes. Ah well, should have some cotton candy kush X grease monkey seeds then:p

The seeds will be the same as this and useless unless you want buds full of seeds all the time you need to scrap them all and clean everything well before you start again with decent seeds but you seem to have had the problem with them for a long time so you really need to get the lot in bin and start again with proper seeds feminized and from a good seed bank not keep wasting money and have seeds continues sorry for the bad news

No such thing as "stress seeds", seeds can only form with pollen/fertilization. Your plant is not "trying to hermie" it is/was hermie and produced male flowers somewhere that have released pollen, otherwise there can be no seeds. Judging by the size of the seeds in the picture, this occurred 3-4 weeks ago. If the pollen did ccome from the same (hermie) plant, the seeds will be autos with a genetic dominance for being autos themselves. They will not be feminized.

Ummm those are definitely seeds.. zoomed in that’s showing at least two seeds with the bract split open. Is it trying to hermie? Uhh I don’t know what the plant is trying to do.. all that can be said is that something pollinated those stigmas and you got a seed or two at least. Where that pollen came from is the question. That also determines any possible ideas about whether those seeds will result in autos, fems, etc.

Hi There. Unless you felt it with your fingers and it feels as if there is something hard inside, this does not look like seeds to me. They are swollen calyxes, or sepals if you want. Yes, this is in where the seed will eventually form if pollinated but stays empty and kinda hollow if unpollinated.Your buds are actually made of hundreds of those packed together. Did you notice some male flowers (herms carry both type) on the plant or all your flowers looks like this? Cause if they do, then it is unlikely that it has hermed and calyxes should be empty, covered in frost with pistils popping out. If you want to be sure, take a pair of clean tweezers and try to pinch the calyx with it. I am pretty sure you will be able to pinch them without feeling the hard seed inside. If you pinch and feel hardness so much that you cannot crush the calyx, then there is probably a seed inside. Then you can try open it and make sure by looking inside. That would also mean some male flowers on the plant somewhere. You can find them and remove them if you want but at 1 week to finish, then this is not gonna change anything. My conclusion from the picture: No seed in there, but check it out yourself to be 100% sure
