LED Grow light distance and dimmer strength?

Growing ilgm og kush autoflower in a 3 gallon pot and 16x16 inch tent. Plant is 4 weeks old and showing pre flower. I have a viparspectra xs 1000 light. What light distance and dimmer strength do you recommend? It’s hard to find a definitive answer anywhere

I don't mean to be a smart as$, but have you tried the viperspectra website?? A quick google reveals........ Seddlings = 60% at 20-24 inches Veg 60-100% at 16-20 inches Flowering = 100% at 12-16 inches

Floodlight for bloom supplement I have read that my vipar is not the very best for bloom. I want to encourage and support the flowering with my philips 50w 4000k floodlight, what do you think, will this make a worthy difference? (Until I get a new all arounder light)

Can rotating my 12 hour cycle back a few hours over the course of 3 nights harm my plant mid flower?If i were to manually flip my lights on and off an hour early for 3 nights to adjust my 12/12 from 9am-9pm to 6am-6pm would it be detrimental to the plants? They are in the 5th week of flower. Rotating back 1 hour each night

18/6 leads to high temps in small tent; change light schedule or stick it out?Girls are at 18/6 and 3-4 hours before lights out the tent gets up to 90 degrees and humidity can’t compete. Should I wait it out or try 16/8 moving towards 12/12 close to flowering (autoflower). Will lowering light exposure affect yield more than high temps would at 18/6
