I have a Dual Spectrum (Red + Blue) CFL 300W (2700K+ 6500K) light in a growing tent of 80x120x200. I grow only two plants (mostly autos) in soil and my goal is grow at least 2 ounces of dry bud per plant. What LED wattage light should I get to replace or improve to my setup?

240w LM301H/HLG Meanwell driver based quantum board will be a huge upgrade for you, good luck!

Yup Psyfolk is correct. 240 watt led. About 30 watts per square ft. You could grow 8 ounces or more of the right strain.

Growing out instead of up.Please help out! I moved it into a new pot and topped it last week as suggested.
Also new ViparSpectra light at 45cm away @80% power.
Nutrients/food yet to arrive.
It seems to just be growing out instead of up, and starting to see some white/ burnt looking spots.
