Ernten oder Warten?

My first grow, AK-77v Auto. Started in early August on the balcony, unfortunately in September there was little sun and a lot of rain. For about a week now in a grow tent with LED, 150 watts. You can see how the plants/buds are stretching and are now developing further. But is it still worth it, risk of hermies?

Your first grow, don't worry too much :) she is beautiful, maybe little stressed due weather, but She is strong, and near ti harvest, 10-15 days i think :)

How to reduce yield? (without reducing quality)Can I prune down to 3 or 4 colas? When? Or better to let it grow normally and compost the extra? I've found it too easy to grow way more than I can use. Especially when I experiment with different varieties. I'm also thinking it might be easier to spot pests etc. with less colas?

Crunchy buds mid-flower So my buds feel kinda hard and crunchy compared to my last grow. Are they just dense? And should I prune all the dead leaves? (RH is steady @45, as well as temp @78)

Bud too close to the light Hi. The main bud on one is 10cm from the light. I cant raise the light any higher and have a bit more vertical growth to go. Shall I remove the bud at a lower artery, or leave it and bend it around the light somehow?? Don't want to loose the main bud but will if I have to?!?

Starting to get some bud rot on 2 of my girls. Have controlled it so far. But worried that i will lose the whole plant. Not sure if they are far enough along to harvest, but cant risk losing the whole plant. Any advice would be great. Most of the trichromes are milky on both.

Yield This is my first grow. My hand is in the picture for size reference. I believe it is starting to flower. This grow is being done in a trashcan and is a micro grow. Does anyone have any idea what kind of yield I will get? Or if there is anything i can do to maximize the yield?
