In 7 years i personally did flushes like 10 times, if i ever did it right, i cant remember, i doubt ;)

0.25 ml/L calmag with next watering, if she will drink fast - start feeding her, first dose give 50% strength of that weeks dose by manufacture schedule . Any microbial mycorrhizae feed would be nice too.
flush takes all fauna away, soil becomes worthless ....
