Yes, this is a male plant and those are male pollen sacs.

Looks 100% male to me, female parts will always have white hairs coming out of them.

Guidance neededbasically had a nute lock out i think somewhere along the line, one plant run of had 1200ppm frostiest one of the two ph from run off was 6.1 i had been feeding at 6.4-6.5 usually. Second plant run of was about 700ppm and ph again was about 6.1-6.2Week 8
