Rainbow Haze, it is in the flowering stage, but no actual buds are forming and the leaves are turning and changing colors. It is an auto flower, the lighting is 18/6, growing inside,and the temperature is 78 and the humidity is 60-70, Nutrients Emerald Harvest

Okay so again. You are suffering from ph imbalance caused by lack of run off. So it is causing nute burn and deficiency's at same time. I had this issue years ago. Once you start adding nutes you need 20 to 30 percent of water you add in run off to rinse out old salts, and provide stability in the substrate. Can measure the run off for ph and ppm. This is your issue.

It takes 2 weeks for a 12/12 to start to be effective. I have had this problem before,looked the same. Your not getting run off. Your ph and salt level in substrate is too much. If it was sold as a autoflower continue 18/6. If it is not a Autoflower then you need to do 12/12

No diary = no information. She certainly should be in flower by now which makes me wonder if you've done anything in the past that interrupted her built-in timeline if she is truly an autoflower. They don't like any kind of high stress that techinques like topping or fimming or even transplanting would cause them! And once you've interrupted that timeline, there's no getting it back. A diary would be incredibly helpful here.... sorry!
