Its a mite. Not sure if it is a soil mite, spider mite or some other type. Some types do no harm to plants but considering spider mites are a well known enemy to weed growers I would get rid of it before you go into flower. Check the under sides of leaves for eggs and leaves for small web's.

Spider mites it seems...Cut all the lower leafs and all who are infected, you can spray with water and little soap to clean leafs not too infected and keep an eye everyday for the mothers who migrate up the plant to new area they can eat and lay her eggs....I squash them ...also sticky tape around stem can help but need to change often when not sticky. Good luck!

Could be an aphid, could be just about anything but it looks like a leaf-sucking kind of insect - or a fungus gnat but they're usually black and tend to fly when they're out of the soil.... If you're concerned, grab some Dr. Zymes Eliminator or some Spinosad - both are organic and can be used, if necessary, straight through to harvest. Use as directed but spray at dusk or whenever the plant will no longer get direct sunlight... If you think it might be something living in the soil, Mosquito Bits is what you want to get... again, very effective at killing adults, eggs, larvae and you soak them in water, strain them out and then use the water to water your plants... Good luck!
