Hi @wharloe! Trust your soil and only add some root stimulator if you have some, otherwise you will increase the risk of a toxicity on such young seedlings. Remember that it's way easier to fix a slight deficiency than to recover from a slight toxicity. Plus you will reduce your costs in terms of fertilizer, hey that's also why autos are great no? :-) Pay attention to the plant's reactions (mostly the leaves and global coloration) and do not add extra nutrients it unless your plant asks for it, your soil should contain enough nutrients for the first 4-5 weeks. Here's my two cents to your question. Let the plants feed on the soil, only start nutrients when you spot the early stages of a deficiency, those pots will feed the plants on their own for several weeks. As for nutrients, it does not matter, pick whatever you like and keep it simple. I would get a bloom nute only, most probably the amount of soil you have will allow you to skip the whole veg stage without needing to feed anything.

Good advice on nutes is always to start like 1/3 dosage what the bottle says. No matter what brand. Harder to deal with overfed than underfed plants.

I use FoxFarm nutrients and soil and I start nutrients about week 3 using 2 tbsp of big bloom, 1 tsp grow big, and 2 tsp Terpinator. My autoflowers love it. I feed 2 times a week, watering in between. Feed Week 2 I up my nutrients to 2 tbsp of big bloom, 2 tsp grow big, and 2 tsp Terpinator.

Could you give a little more information on the soil/additives you are currently using? Are you PHing the water before giving it to the plants, if so what level?
