Do you guys know any tricks to get my plant to grow taller? Goal is to increase space in between nodes. I've tried raising the LEDs to 30 inches for a few days. Also tried leaving it in complete darkness for 24 hours.

Hi @NASATrainer! What makes plants stretch: 1/ dark cycles, you can increase your night duration up to 14 hours with 10 hours of light, 2/ nitrogen, you could add some more Nitrogen during the stretch phase, but be careful not to over-do, a plant stunted with Nitrogen during flowering will result in weird buds or 'the claw'. 3/ plant-to-lamp distance, increasing this value should result in vertical growth, as the plant will look for more light. Hope this will help, keep us updated and happy growing! 👊

Keep doing what your're doing looks good. One thing you can do thou is to secure good amount of Nitrogen when flowering period starts it will help that stretch even more..

If you want it to keep stretching just keep on going how you are. Keep the light distance high. I've noticed some plants respond to defoliation/lollipopping by shooting and stretching. I wouldn't mess with her too much just to get her to stretch, because light intensity also effects stem strength and you want think stems to hold up those big buds.💪 Good luck and happy growing!! 💪

Dude stop torturing your plant lol, the plant will grow taller, this is a GORILLA , they dont call it that because it's small you know? it will triple in size during it's longer-than-usual flower stretch period , it's branches will grow, then multiply, then multiply again. You want to maintain an appropriate lamp to plant distance no matter what : it's the difference between yield and stress ! Just flip it and see, hope this helps 🚀
