Nice plant! But yes, you still have 3 weks to go at a minimum, maybe even 4 or slightly longer. Once she has about 95% brown pistils, she will be approaching harvest maturity. I like to start a "flush" (basically stop all feeding and give just plain water) when the plant gets to about 95-96% brown pistils, then harvest 10-14 days later, when the plant has 98-99% brown pistils. This 98-99% brown pistils stage generally corresponds with the oft quoted 10-30% amber trichome" zone, without having to look too closely.
