It all varies seed to seed. If the premie seed has everything it needs to sprout it will...regardless of being premie.
From my experience my premie seeds had a little harder time in that early phase. I had to keep their germination method warm. And once they sprouted they needed a few doses of water with Superthrive and "more roots" from greenbuzz...then they grew on like any other plant.👍
