So I transplanted my plants exactly a week ago and they seem to be doing good but they aren't getting any taller the leaves are just stacking on top of each other any suggestions as to how to get them to start growing taller they are in a 5 gallon pot eacd I have a 4000 watt ligh

She is getting acclimated and recovering from stress during transplant. Node spacing too close is sign the ligh strength is too much. Too intense. She does not have to work to caught light properly. Which is bad for spacing.

Hey Growmie, Might have overwatered when transplanting and over the course of the week. Bunching and bumps on the leaves would indicate that. Give the soil a chance to almost dry out, and the roots won’t be getting suffocated, then adjust your watering frequency. They will bounce back! Good luck Growmie 🇨🇦👊❤️
