Bud rot or mould?

Looks like botris (bud rot) remove 2 inches beyond the rotted part of bud and keep a fan lightly moving the air around the buds until most moisture has left them,, hope you work it out 🙏

If you've now got everything drying, you'll need to keep examining the buds and if you find more, you'll have to destroy them... Keep close eye on the temp (should be as close to 60F as possible) and humidity (60%) and have fans blowing air around the buds, not on them.... Bud rot is nothing to take lightly or fool around with ... Good luck

Yes it looks like rot. Get a dehumidifier. You should not smoke or consume this bud. It is toxic and full of nasty spores from rot. Can make you very sick, especially if your immune system is not really strong. Also looks like you cut it early. Clean everything extremely well to kill all spores off. The whole grow area is full of these spores. Address the humidity issue prior to further growing in that space.

Bud rot or mould (the same thing really) is usually botrytis.......exactly what you have here unfortunately.
