can a photoperiod plant show the first signs of flowering without changing the light mode? Well, is the appearance of a large number of pistils the first signs of flowering?)

Hey Growmie, Take it from someone who only grows autos, this is an autoflower, and yes she's beginning to flower, now if this was a photoperiod plant you would certainly need to change the light schedule to get the plant to start flowering and yes normally when you begin to see pistils this is the first sign of the flowering stage. Hopefully this was helpful and remember ... "Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time"

I would not classify that as a photoperiod plant. If its developing flowers and it is on 18hr days its an auto flower. Sometimes seeds get mixed up. but reach out to seller where you got them and confirm. If you don't care just keep it 18/6 till its read for harvest. Its feeding requirements are now an auto vs photoperiod. Good Luck!

Looks like you got a autoflower not a photoperiod.

Since she is flowering like this at 18/6, she is definitely not a photoperiod plant, but an auto flower. You have been dudded by this breeder!

Definitely an autoflower mixed, or a mutated photoperiod if all variables were in check. I’d keep 18 hours of light and an eagle eye on her for the next week or so. You’ll know real soon if she bulks up or looks otherwise. I’ll second the auto response and reject my comment as a possible resolution here!

maybe she’s an autoflower. That would be about right for 7 weeks. Maybe the seeds got mixed up somewhere along the line.

Yea she’s prob 2 weeks into flowering. If you haven’t already I’d switch the lights to 12/12.
