Looks like it could be late stage of Mn deficiency. (Manganese).

Bro, check out that bright green little leaf next to it. The plant is experiencing a deficiency of elements due to the high nitrogen content in the watering! High nitrogen blocks the absorption of all other elements! Too dark young leaves, that's overfeeding! 👌😇👍 Good luck to your friends, bro! 👋

Hey Growmie,
Your friends plant is suffering from Potassium Deficiency. This normally comes from poor soil quality or over-fertilization. Hopefully, this was helpful and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".
