I see a few amber trichs on top and some lower leaves getting yellow.

Stem f*ckedHi guys, look at this picture! What the fuck is going on here? Is it dying or something? Yesterday I main lined it and cut off some leaves and squeezed the main stem in multiple areas. Maybe I was too hard on it??? :/ any advice is greatly appreciated :)
