You need a better photo! Turn off the grow lights and turn on the flash on your camera to get a better picture... and link your diary with your question by asking it at the bottom of a page in your diary... you'll see a box where you can ask a question and it links the diary with it automatically... We WANT to help!

It's very hard to tell under that light, it would be better to take a new photo because deficiencies show in the colour of the plant usually. In the meantime, I suggest checking the PH of the soil, I see some tree bark in your soil and that can lower the PH and prevent the plant from taking certain nutrients.
