First grow. Had many troubles along the way. Stretched seedling stage on 2 of them and discarded the third (planted a new strain after that, so 1 is 1-2 weeks behind the others). Now in flowering, the buds look weird? Any tips or advice is appreciated. Semi flushed them yesterday

I would hold off on defol buddy. Pre flower is a growth phase. And direct light on the bud is not needed at this stage. When she stops growing upwards pre flower is over. I still like to wait a few days even up to a wk and then get in their with defoliation. Yes, it's an auto. But you're in a tent. Some will say you shouldn't. Try tell that to them when your RH goes beyond 70. I've a dehumidifier. But, defol done at the right stage. Making sure to leave a main set of fan leaves at the top or as close to on each node, also any leafs at at the end, (were no bud is below them they can mainly be left, some might be needed to be removed to allow for better air flow up through your canopy. It looks like she'll start building clayxs now. So you're very close, if not in the stage of defol. But, they look to have a low leaf-calyx ratio which is good. So maybe just rotate your autos and if your RH is an issue you can then lower it be doing a 10-15% defol crop wide.

Your humidity is good at 50-55 so you shouldn't need to defol to control your RH. But if you wanted to defol some you certainly could. In my opinion you wouldn't need to defoliate much, just ones that are covering other bud sights. Those brown tips isn't a problem unless it continues to get worse. I do organic living soil so I don't have much info on how much you should feed, but you also don't want to over/under do it. She'll start adding weight and thicken up here now so really I think your buds are looking good

@gottagrowsometime - Thanks buddy! It's quite the learning process! Just to give some additional info. The tent is 80x80x180cm and grow lights is SAMSUNG QUANTUM BOARD LM301H PRO 220W. 125ø vent system and now 2 small fans. The RH is what worries me, as I had it under control for a while but now it constantly sits around 50-55%. That is also why defoliation was something I considered. The grow began in early April and was hoping it would be done in around 2 weeks more from now, but it might be unrealistic? I overfed them after the pistils showed, so now I try to fix that by semi flushing (PH watering and checking PH and watering an extra time) and will water them one more time before feeding again. The buds seem very different from the grow diary on the auto imporium x (which I kinda checked to match my process) which are 2 of the strains growing. I also have a banana cookie auto a week or two behind the others. But it seems to be near the same stage as the others (maybe not that well established buds yet). I will maybe defoliate in a week to overcome the RH issue. The small humidifier i got today is perhaps not efficient enough... Also starting to have no space left for equipment :)
