You're not going to see an overnight difference with anything you do in a soil grow, really... but there are a couple of problems I can see - 1) you've got a pretty good calcium deficiency going on (yellowing leaves with brown spots) and 2) I don't think you're feeding them enough.
As far as the calcium deficiency goes, there are several causes for this since most cannabis nutrients contain sufficient calcium for the grow... one reason is that calcium is "locked out" by too heavy a concentration of nitrogen in the soil. I honestly don't think that's your problem, though, since the color of the plant last week was really good - not too dark green - and you're really not feeding them a lot. You may want to make sure when you water them that you're getting at least a 10-20% runoff as this will help clear the soil of excess nutes and salts.
The second reason you might see a calcium deficiency is an improper pH level. There's no information in your diary on the pH you're maintaining and this is the most critical thing you need to monitor. When I started out, I didn't have a good means of watching the pH and, honestly, gave it scant thought. My grows improved 1000% when I started paying attention to it! You need to keep the pH of whatever you give your plants (water or nutes) between 6.0 and 6.5 in a soil grow - this is optimum! Some nutrients either aren't readily available to the plant outside this range or may not be available at all... so find a way to check your pH every water or feed.
Finally, I don't think you're feeding them enough. I don't know your nutes and so don't know the NPK of them but at their age, 1/2 tsp of each just doesn't even sound right. Are you following a chart that tells you how much of which to give at specific stages of growth? I personally would increase the bloom nutes to at least 1tsp - but leave the grow nutes alone (plants in flower do not need as much nitrogen as they do in veg and, as I've said, an excess can lead to lock out). You might also consider adding a PK booster to really target those buds and get them fat and happy.
So my two recommendations here are to monitor your pH (most critical) and increase the bloom nutes adding in a PK booster. The leaves that are damaged won't repair themselves so don't expect that... you might want to trim off the ones that are really bad, it won't hurt anything and will make you happier when you look at your grow and I firmly believe a happier grower makes a happier grow (yeah... I really AM a Grandmother!)
Good luck...
