Harvest. general question for first grow .

I'm not there yet. But once my first grow makes it to a harvest point. What would you recommend I make sure to do, have , ect ..? Curious what I may need to be prepared.. I'm just going into week 3 of flower figure I better understand the harvest part fully before I'm there.

It is fairly straight forward. Obviously you need somewhere dark to dry your harvest. Then it is just a matter of cutting the branches off and hanging them up to dry. Wire coat hangers make great branch holders. You can either "wet trim" (which is easiest) or "dry trim", but personally (and scientifically) it is best to dry trim once the flowers are dry. After this you will need an assortment of glass jars in which to "cure", then store your finished buds in. If you click on "journal" in the grow diaries menu at the left of this page, you will find many articles covering harvesting, curing and storage of buds.

Make sure you have a spot that's dark and you can maintain close to 60° and 60 rh. Doesn't have to be perfect but close. You also need to make sure you have good airflow. Nothing blowing directly on the plant but you want the air to circulate and cycle. Looks good. Keep it up
