It’s not something you wanna actually use as your method of curing. Some ppl think after drying they can throw bud in jar with these and call it good for a month or two. Not good. You wanna cure first then use these as a long term storage solution

They are great for storage. I also use them in 5 gallon buckets as a "burp chamber" if I trimmed and jarred my nugs before it was optimal. I'll open my jar, stick it in the bucket,seal the gamma seal lid, give it 5-10 minutes, then open up the bucket and put the lids back on my jars. I do this so I can maintain my 60°-65° and 60% humidity environment while having to cure.

Break a bud apart. If it becomes dust, you probably need one. Add a hygrometer to a couple jars and see and what your humidity is at. If it is 55-63 you are good. I let the bud cure in the jar for a week before I introduce the boveda, so normally 3-4 weeks after harvest. I like 58% boveda's better as they are a little drier than the 62%.

I don't cure with them but use boveda 62% all the time for storage. I wouldn't go with out them .i only use glass jars mostly uv protected glass

My opinion as someone from upstate NY.... pointless. But my buddy in AZ needs them. It's all about region imo.
