it is the end of week4 of flowering and the lady is still stretching! I started the flowering when it was 25cm to keep it short and now its 87cm!!Any idea how how to stop it?? I'm almost at the max height of my light

The original GSC ( the 1st one ever ) was a plant with a x3 stretch ! Yours is the forum cookies phenotype which is not supposed to be that tall because it was a bag seed found by an ICmag forum users from a bud that was coming from a dispensary ( you can still find the thread on ICmag so you are able to follow the "creation" of that forum cut) so nobody really knows if it is an original GSC or an hybris but these 2 phenotypes have 2 different profile ; and as you can see your stretch is more than x2 but less than x2.5 so it's a normal configuration for that phenotype

Plants will stretch more when the light is further away from them. With LED you can go to around 12-18 inches from the plant. To lower the stretch lower the light.

hey Cookie, well, the gorilla glue is notorious for growing bushy and large, but the good news is she's nearing the end of her stretch and will concentrate on making bud almost 100% very soon. Nothing you can really do to control the stretch because you "did everything right" so she"s happy and stretching : big pot big plant, and in her big pot she'll enjoy the root space so she's going to push upwards too. There's only one thing you can really do by now to control the height, and that's HST, gently bend problem colas 90° without snapping them off and make a "bandage" using duct tape where you bent them over. It's scary but will hardly shock the plant and may very well increase yields in the long run. Hope this helps ! 🚀

We have 6 healthy canopy bud sites but there are 4 sites which have lagged behind due to having a break from lst as snapped the main stem. Which would be better fim the top 4 biggest bud sites and let the lag sites catch up or cut off the lagging sites? We're veg for 10 weeks :)Week 7
