Burned tips and holes in leaves

Hello! Hoping to get some insight into why the leaves on this girl have holes and the tips are breaking off. Thinking maybe nutrient burn? I’m using slow release nutes from Gaia Green. I used premixed coco I had already amended with 3 tbs/ g of 4-8-4 and 1 tbs/g 2-8-4 top dressed

Just a note that BT is organic - so there's no worry about inhaling or otherwise injesting harmful anything... and it works brilliantly. For confirmation: "Bt proteins are allowed in organic farming as a insecticide because Bt is a natural, non-pathogenic bacterium that is found naturally in the soil. Bt has also been found to be safe to all higher animals tested." - http://www.bt.ucsd.edu/organic_farming.html

I’ve been spraying with Safers insecticidal soap, and I sprinkled cinnamon on the top soil(420 scene. Thought what’s the harm), and she seems to have responded well to it. I’m going to close this for now hoping that pest of some kind were my problem. Thanks to all who chimed in!

I'm not convinced its pests. Looks like things I have seen before in my grows with coir and gaia. Gaia green is heavy on the N like others have said below and I think you also have N tox going on. It works well by mixing its AP 4-4-4 and BP 2-8-4 in a 50/50 mix. dilutes the N a bit. I also found when using Gaia Green if I let the pots dry out fully they had issues, so I tried to keep them moist, Its also lacking in Mg with just them two amendments, you will need to add in some bath salts to one of the waters once a month. less it more it only needs a bit. I do 1/8-1/4 tea spoon. One last point, given you are growing in Coir you will want a calmg supplement added to keep the coirs cation exchange sites from over taking the medium and releasing to much sodium and potassium. Gaia has a good amount of calcium that needs to be unlocked and the bath salts will make up the Magnesium part, at some point in its grow it might be a good idea to give it a heavy watering to make a fair bit of runoff to leach out all the extras just idling in the medium. sodium is not a fun one to have in there. FYI: We will not be notified of any reply or tag [@] in the questions part of the website, if you need to reach out with other information use your DM "direct mailbox" in the bottom right hand corner of the page. it looks like a little paper airplane icon. Good Luck!

Wow, I appreciate all the quick responses. I’ll use a microscope to check for pests first. I only water when it asks for it, and haven’t had any issues before with over fertilizing at this amount(outdoor grow however). I will pick up some organic spray and try it out. Thanks!

I'm in agreement with all who say you have some form of pests. Check under your leaves.

Something is enjoying the leaves from this plant like a cannabis salad. Search for a bug inside the growspace and check the bottom of the leaves too. If you got a 30x microscope or loupe you might find eggs too. After you identified the bug search on the growweedeasy website how to deal with it. The leaves show a minor sign from nutrient burn and nitrogen toxidity but nothing that can't be fixed with simply giving less nutrients. You can keep giving the bloom nutrients with the same amount but cut the all purpose nutrients to 50% from your previous given amount.

Too close lights, little overwatering and Nitrogen toxicity due overwatering (or maybe underwatering). Look for bugs first, if there's none eating ur leaves (i really don't think u have bugs in ur space, looks very well indoor to have bugs) You have to specify how much u water per day. The burnt edges are due Nitrogen toxicity, but u have to watch if this was caused by overwatering (and overwatering with fertilization which is worse) or if ur roots on coco are salty due low watering. The ideal for coco is always flush between the fertilization to avoid this salt building up on the roots and preventing them from absorb nutrients. Also keep a schedule of watering everyday . U have 5 gallon which gives u at these climate rates if they are solid (not tropical climate that changes everyday) a total of 0.9L of watering a day with coco in normal temps like 24-27 in flowering stage (if u have other stuff mix in the coco like Turf or worm castings consider reducing this volume of watering to 100ml for each drop at temperatures from 24 and below /100ml more water for each degree in heat days like 28-34 considering 27 the last mark). it's good to let the coco flush a little when watering even if u water with ferts everyday, like 10% of the volume of the water u gave, if u pot has a good drainage system below the roots its a good idea. By certain calculation if ur temps are balanced like u showed - 20°day-18night - u can go with 550ml everyday with 1/3 of fert chart at first week flowering and build up to total at 7th week and so on. Coco is very tricky but has some really good results. Good luck. https://www.cocoforcannabis.com/ this site can help you way better than ask questions here, believe me.

Little holes in the leaves usually are a sign of little buggers eating away at your girl... Could you please check water PH levels? This early - I would actually use some Neem Oil (get it with emulsifier already added), mix with water and spray the entire plant. Mind you - there is debate if Neem Oil works... it does on my plants so far. And I prefer all natural stuff on things that I inhale later in life. Hope this helps!

This has nothing to do with your nutes or your conditions or your care of them... you've got some bug of some kind having dinner at your expense... Doesn't matter what kind of insect it is, for leaf eaters (those that make actual holes in the leaves), you need to get some BT (bacillus thuringensis) and mix as directed spraying just before lights out... get both tops and bottoms of the leaves. Whatever it is will take one more bite and decide to eat elsewhere as they then go off and die. Good luck!
